A true Villa legend, Allan Evans played for 12 years for the Villans and was a part of their 1982 European Cup winning side as a central defender. On May 25th in Feyenoord's Rotterdam based stadium he was integral in stemming the attacks of a skilled and star filled Bayern Munich side boasting the likes of the then European Player of the Year Karl-Heinz Rumenigge.
