Billy Bonds is Mr.West Ham. 27 years a Hammer as both player and manager he was known as a tough and combative midfielder and sometime centreback who allowed Trevor Brooking a free reign to be creative. He established himself as a local hero and was the supporters' choice for 'Hammer of the Year' in 1971, 1974, 1975 and 1987.
