Roberto Di Matteo is perhaps most famous for his superb goal in the 1997 FA Cup Final against Middlesbrough. Within 43 seconds of the kick-off, Di Matteo scored from 30 yards, the fastest ever goal in a Wembley cup final, to set Chelsea on their way to a 2-0 win.
